In the beginning of the project, our and sales person and engineers will review the entire design and reuqirement with the client which in turn will allow us to create detailed plans and estimate a time line.

QUALITY CONTROL

Quality is the life of enterprise! To ensure product quality,NingBo A-One has been equipped with the first-class production and inspection equipments and made its own perfect production and management system. Our workers own solid technical force and rich experience in production. There are strict quality control managements in each process. We try our best to avoid mistakes, and put an end to extend mistake to the next process. Its ranges: from design analysis and inspection  to the research on design feasibility, from material purchasing to quality inspection of material, from processing technic selection and arrangement to quality inspection, from  assembling and installation to running testing, etc.. For each process, there are homologous table and quality inspection standard. Each link should be ensured without defect, and then we can keep the delivered Units qualified. each product must be passed strictly quality control before loading out.  All NingBo A-One’s models are ETL/CETL,CE,SAA,ERP approved.

PRODUCT DESIGN INSPECTION

Basing on perfecting current products, our technical center own strong ability to research and innovate production technology, develop new products of top quality to meet market demands and strengthen the core competitive power of enterprise. NingBo A-One always make all round analysis and inspection before project starting, such as process feasibility, structure ,Capacity,Noise Level,all the related components matching situation, etc. It can avoid project amendment,and other unnecessary repair work when Product been developed, which are caused by product design fault. We believe that 10 more minutes we spend on the design, one month may be reduced in production.

QUALITY INSPECTION

Make complete inspection on products to ensure the structure consistence and operating are standardized. Project manager and QC people should all take part in product inspection under the company standard, and make sure the product quality. If mistakes are found, they can be corrected promptly. It also can prevent mistakes. In addition, we will simultaneously do independent standardization test on running system.
